Customers and providers must submit truthful information, communicate respectfully and comply with applicable Pakistani law. KAAM may review, suspend or remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful or harmful. Service agreements remain between the customer and provider unless a KAAM-managed payment or booking explicitly states otherwise. This starter policy should be reviewed by a qualified Pakistani legal professional before commercial launch.
