WHAT WE COLLECT: account details (name, phone, email, address), order and payment-reference information, uploaded payment screenshots, job and service descriptions, and basic device/usage data needed to run the website. HOW WE USE IT: to create and manage your account, process and deliver orders, verify payments via the reference number or screenshot you provide, contact you about your order on WhatsApp or email, and improve our service. PAYMENTS: KAAM is prepaid. You pay via EasyPaisa or SadaPay and share the Transaction ID or payment screenshot so we can verify and dispatch. We do not store card numbers. SHARING: we share only what is necessary with the rider or provider fulfilling your order. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by Pakistani law. YOUR CHOICES: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting info@kaaam.pk. We keep order records as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
